I was very happy with this kit. The delivery was fast, the instructions very easy to read and I also find it easy to install.Does the job that it is supposed to do.

No Problem
Doug Briggs seems to have left too much slack in the chain. Mine is adjusted to tight chain plus one, maybe two, links. The only problem I have encountered is with age the weight of water pushes the flapper valve into the outflow pipe and becomes more difficult to operate. I'm talking over five years here so do not consider this a problem given the convenience of no longer having diaphragm seals tearing etc.
