It is working as expected and value of money seriously. I supposed to spend more money to replace my Mac Pro M2 display but I just wanted to try it but now I addicted. Just plug and play not additional configuration needed. The quality is good. Not checked the sound and color is what defined in the product description overall very good product.

Functions as intended as a portable monitor. Using with my Macbook Air M2.Areas for improvement:1. Brightness is inadequate and could be enhanced.2. Requires supplementary power when connected to a mobile phone.3. Speaker volume output is extremely low, making it nearly unusable.

Received a damaged product. Monitor is detected but display is not coming. Amazon is asking for denial letter from MSI to process return but MSI is not responding. Their listed phone numbers are not working. My mistake was that I did not check the replacement policy. Amazon is asking to visit service center. I live in a village and they are asking to visit service center which I do not know how far it will be. Please opt for other product. This product will only add headache to you.Updated as of July 2025: After following up twice for two months rigorously, I received new item. First time, they just serviced the item and returned with working state with dead led cells. Then I raised complaint again and that time they shipped new item which is working.

Its a great alternative to expensive screen it your use is for attending classes and reading. easy to setup and use. the quality of sound is just ok. the quality is good. it has multiple ports for connectivity.

1. This little master is great for multiple uses.2. I’m currently using it as a third monitor for my desktop.3. Note: If you’re connecting via USB-C, no extra power is needed. But if you’re using HDMI, you’ll need to plug the USB-C cable separately into a mobile charger or your computer for power.4. MSI has provided both cables, so no issues with cables
