Does exactly what I need it to do giving a boost to my phone charge when needed.

First order arrived and was a dud.Decided to persevere and order again as I liked the design and size.Shouldn’t have bothered. The charger is very ineffective. An hour of use yields about 5-10% charge and leaves your phone as hot as the sun.

I had a long outdoor event to attend yesterday and had to travel by train. Since I rely on digital tickets I thought I’d better guarantee my cell phone charge by getting a power bank. I bought this one due to its size, weight and MagSafe function which is perfect but when I needed to charge my phone I noticed it became very very hot and got worried. I use an iPhone 15 pro max and had to hold the phone whilst it charged as it was very uncomfortable in my pocket. Not sure if mine was faulty. Great design but the heating was a massive issue.

I bought the 5000mAh variant because I needed a battery pack to top up my phone when I’m on site taking photos. It is slim ( about the same thickness as the iPhone 15) and is easy to carry around.My only con is it get warm quickly so was a bit uncomfortable carrying it around while charging

I bought one a few days ago and I was disappointed, because the external battery manages to charge my phone (iphone 12) only by 50-60 percent until it runs out of energy.

Only had a few months and hasn’t worked properly since I’ve had it. Now completely stopped working on any phone whilst shows that the power bank is fully charged.

Just used for the first time and not to sure if I want to use again as I couldn't believe how hot the battery charger got also my phone as I don't really know if this is going to damage my phone or not you hear all these horror stories about batteries catching fire is it right for it to be this hot
