The hammock works fine - the brackets are very similar to the clamps you see with mic stands or some Ikea lamps, and make for a solid place to tie your foot hammock to. Looking at other hammocks for around the same price, it looks like the rest just hang on and aren't held in place without your feet in the hammock.And that's basically why I went with this over other options - the hardware they use to hang the hammock itself.The hammock feels good - but if it somehow failed I would definitely keep the hooks to use with any replacement.I'd considering marking a star off because of how you adjust the hammock itself - while adjusting it works fine - it does slip over time and will add slack - meaning the hammock begins to sit lower as you put weight on it.I decided not to mark this hammock off, for a couple reasons;1) It seems this is more a flaw with how these foot hammocks are produced in general.I didn't see any other options that didn't use the same (nylon?) buckle and rope arrangement. Not that I'm about to buy another to find out when mine works fine, I wouldn't be surprised if the buckle is a compromise between 'good enough' and not expecting a consumer to know the right knot to do a better job.2) You now know a good knot to do a better job - the double half hitch knot. Tie one on either side and it puts a stop to the one real issue I had with this product. You can look up how to tie this online (and in a way that's easy to undo and adjust later if needed). It's ridiculously easy to do if you know how to tie your own shoe laces - or if you don't (no judgement here) there's videos online to show how.Since I'm of the opinion that cheap products mean the discount has to come from somewhere - the time it costs me to tie a few simple knots was more than worth it.If you're looking for a decent way to put your feet up, for whatever reason, this is a pretty good option to go with.It beats how I used to do this, where I put my feet up on a box I kept under my desk. It's a lot harder to adjust the height of a box than it is this hammock - and it won't get in you way as much if you have to go under the desk to unplug something.Because of how it hangs on this bracket - you can very easily remove the hammock and put it back on, same way you would a shirt on a hanger.While there is a bracket to hang your headphones - I am not making use of it. It seems like a nice idea, and it probably works fine. Only issue I saw (and why I don't use it) is, on wider desks you would be hanging these hooks in a place you wouldn't be able to reach conveniently. Though if you were wanting to hang your bag, purse, umbrella or something else you wouldn't mind being out of reach - this would probably be great for that.I might consider hanging a bookbag off it - but I'd have to be sure it could hold the weight and not bend or break while also being used for a hammock.This is a cheapo product after all.

This is one of the best product that I have seen which is known to rest your feet and keep you relaxed and comfortable in a sitting position especially if you sitting for too long as in cars, planes or simply in your couch. I am using this product and I am so amazed with its quality and function. I travel a lot, and sometime end up in a 13 hrs flight atleast 3+ times a year. Travel long distance causes a lot of swelling in the legs despite using a conpression socks. This foot rest comes to the rescue. Having the footrest hung to the food tray, your leg is suspend higher which takes the pressure away and the swelling is reduced. I highly recommend this footrest.It is very easy to use, just hang it over to a table, to a front car seat or front seat in the plane and there you go, all is set and just relax your foot. It keeps your feet elevated, improves blood circulation and can be useful in preventing deep vein thrombosis. Never the less, it still keeps your body relaxed, rested and comfortable in long and tiring journey in planes and cars. It can also be used at home. I have hung this under my work table and can now work for a long time without discomfort or without a need to take rest. I am glad I bought this product and I very much satisfied with this purchase. I had less leg cramps and swelling now so I highly recommend it to all for long trips because this little thing will do wonders to your whole body!

Picture this, it's Christmas morning and I am opening up a gift from my girlfriend. It's a foot hammock for under my desk. I'll be the first to admit that I thought it was just going to be a white elephant/gag gift type of thing. But hey, I decided to be a good boyfriend and actually hang it under my desk. I did precisely just that and then promptly forgot that I put it under there and got busy with work in the new year.Cue a few weeks later, I finally decided to give it a whirl and actually use the damn thing. And you know what? Color me surprised. It's actually pretty darn comfy. I mean, sure, I wish I could adjust it to sit exactly where I want it under the desk instead of basically just in the middle, but beggars can't be choosers.The setup was a breeze. It clamps securely to your desk without the pressure from the clamps being so high that it's gonna hurt your desk. The rope adjusts easily for height adjustment based on how tall you are or what your preference is on how high/low it is. It feels pretty sturdy for what it is. I even tested its limits by throwing my hefty steel toe work boots on there, and it held my feet like a champ.So, all in all, while it may have started as a gag gift, this foot hammock has definitely won me over. Who knew something as simple as resting your feet could be such a game-changer for your desk setup.

For the price, this is probably great on larger desks where the mounting points are much wider than the hammock so you can pull some tension on the rope and still get the height you're after. On a smaller desk where the mounting points are closer together, the hammock lays with so much slack that your feet will fall to the center. I ended up using the mounts and rope from this kit, but discarded the hammock. I drilled a few holes in a piece of scrap board to make a more supportive surface. All things considered, I could have made this myself from the start, but it was worth the price to get the desk-clamps and see an example of how to string the rope.

this will work for any height of desk it sturdy and will fit probably any size desk its a foot rest that supports my weight im 215 so my legs weight like 50 each maybe just buy it great for when im using controller playing games
