I love this due to the reason that I can easily get on and off the bike without having to fight with the machine with bike shoes to get on and off .

As another reviewer pointed out, these are universally compatible, and it would have been nice to know what it works with.The idea for these pedal converters is simple, yet can make life so much easier if you prefer to wear regular shoes with your clipless pedals.Installation is straightforward and takes seconds to add or remove them from your pedals, which makes them great for taking to the gym (if they have a compatible bike trainer!).At under $20, it's a reasonable price for something as durable as these appear to be.

I got these for my Shimano Spd sl pedals. (tiagras), and they were not compatible. Quite disappointed the description implied that they would work. The description needs to be updated with the exact group sets they are compatible with.From the photo, you can see thy do not have enough lip on the front to clip on to the spd sl pedals. Also the curve on the bottom of the pedal looks like it wouldn't be compatible anyway if it was long enough.Quality of those looks decent enough. Strong plastic. The grip on the top looks good enough, and the pedal is quite light.
