Incredibly Impressed
The live tree was delivered on a two-day lane to Pittsburgh from a nursery in South Carolina by Fed Ex. The supplier did an amazing job packaging the tree in order to endure the arduous travel/handling. The tree is in perfect shape with zero deformations. The soil was still wet and well guarded against spillage.100% satisfied customer.

Damaged
Plant came with soil thrown all over the inside of the box and soil was bone dry. Branches were broken off and the plant itself withered and dried out. Root ball was severely damaged

Update: First Order Never bloomed!
Update: My initial order arrived without any foliage or signs of life. It never bloomed, hence the review below. The seller did reach out to me after my review and offered to replace the plant. The new one arrived and looks great so far!I was so excited to find this, because no one in our area had any left in stock. The package arrived quickly and was packaged well, but it has never bloomed, blossomed, or grown at all. So disappointed! I guess I wasted my money.

the plant is in very poor condition.
Plant in my garden,The tree arrived 9/11 totally wilted down loose in the pot, today I started watering it today is the 9/20,10 days after I received it stilll looks half dead therewas 2 flowernd branch on it all dryed out and dead.At this point I would like to ask for REFUND to my acccount or the least 50% off what i have been charged.This is unacceptible, The way it looks now..I wish to receive credit or refund on this order. Hope spring can help
The plant came in not looking good. My gardener planted it in July. It started to show some improvement. Hoping it blooms better this spring I will let you know as I would want another
