This summer is incredibly hot and uncomfortable. These gel ice packs work well for post vasectomy cooling comfort, but they also work well for keeping your junk cool and fresh feeling on hot summer days.

Great product for a speedy vasectomy recovery. These gel pads stay cold for a while longer than keeping ice in ziplock bags. They likely fit in any standard underwear front "pocket". Just let them freeze for a couple of hours and rotate the use of the different pads and you'll be all set.

They didn't work as well I thought they would. The cold only last for about 30 minutes.

These are good quality ice packs. They get really cold in the freezer in about an hour or so, and keep their cool for a long time. I actually used them for postpartum recovery and they worked splendidly. Highly recommended!

Even if you didn't get snipped, these are great for the upcoming summer to cool down your boys. Yes, they are just blue ice packs but there are a couple things whey I'd say this are to get instead of using your lunch box packs or ice in a wash cloth; mobility. These are vaguely similar to wearing a cup. They are tapered so you get some ability to move while wearing them. So you can get up and walk to the fridge or whatever without having to use one hand to hold anything in place. The convience alone makes them worth it, plus you get 3, which compared to some similar product brands only giving you one pack. I'd say that makes them a decent buy. 3 for under ten.

Upon initial application these do a great job at being cold, the issue is they don't stay "frozen" or act as an ice pack for more than a few minutes. Haven't tried hem as a heating pad but that is a nice dual option. Great product just doesn't stay cold for very long.

I am really loving these cold compresses - they are great for injuries and swelling as they are soft to the touch and flexible (unless the solid ice packs). They really do a great job forming to whatever shape you need it to. The pack is cold but not too cold - the fabric really helps from the ice burning skin. I would say that it doesn't stay as cold as a a regular ice pack but it's not a problem because this comes with a set of 3 so we can easily swap them out as needed!
