The EasyPhone was really easy to use , loud with nice size number and letters. Great idea for my Mum who’s not good with technology. Long battery life that lasts longer than her old phone. Has all the functions and Apps I need, The design is good and no problem to use with my old SIM

I bought this phone for my mother on August 2nd 2024 and the screen went black on 16th September 2024. This is so disappointing as I had high hopes for this phone.It was not easy to use. My mother could not make the contact list the permanent screen. It had to be the screen for only four contact images. My mother has more children, so she preferred to use the contact list, and this phone did not give that option.Now it has decided to stop working. For the price, it is not worth the time and money. I am disappointed. They only give you a 30-day warranty, which is worthless.I will not recommend this phone.

The phone was bought for an elderly relative, really easy to use with practice. Has a couple of really nice features.

Love that it has whatsapp! Now my mum can keep in touch for free to all her relatives abroad in different countries.Now let's start at the beginning....phone was packaged nicely. Nice size and case as well. The charger was a bit awkward at first, but mum got use to it. It would take the sim card, called them up and, you have to insert sim card, switch off phone and turn on again. PERFECT!!!. VOILA! IT WORKS! Easy to set up, good ringtones, performance is fast, nuttons nice, big and clear, nice home screen , emergency contacts, perfect customer services, cannot fault this phone. I would recommend this phone to any person who is not technical with mobiles, once set up...wow! Thank you so much Michael and your team. These phones should be available in all shops.

Bought this for my mother 6 months ago. It has up to four picture contacts, which is handy if you only need 4 main contacts.. However, when you open the phone by pressing the side button you have to swipe up to get to the four contacts rather than the phone opening on those contacts, its just another layer of confusion for someone with severe memory impairment. The phone will open on the last page / app used rather than re-setting to the picture call page, which could also cause problems for some who struggle with phones.Then there were the notifications which endlessly came up over the contacts, surely those should be switched off by default? We did manage to switch them off eventually in the settings.Then there's the WhatsApp app that looks like a call button under the contacts pictures, its another confusion that takes you to WhatsApp, and it can not be removed if you dont use the app, otherwise it could be a good feature for those that do.If one has a basic ability on how to use smartphones then this phone, once set up is easy to use, however for someone with more severe dementia it may be problematic, but then I could not find anything any better. A few tweaks and this phone could have been excellent,I would have liked a fully customisable home page with options for more picture contacts which opens via a tap on the screen, then it would have had 5 stars

I bought this for my 91 yr old dad with macular degeneration. I set it up with the 4 callers as this is all he’s going to be using the phone for. I’ve shown him how to turn it on and swipe the screen to wake it up. Unfortunately every day the screen reverts to this Google screen and he can’t use that. I have to add the easiphone app back each time I visit. I see if you touch the small circle at the bottom of the screen this appears to change to the Google screen, something he may be doing. However if it’s this easy to lose the easiphone screen it’s not much use. I’ve tried to contact easiphone and had no reply on the phone and emails bounce back not delivered. I want to know if the screen can be locked as the phone is no use if not. It wasn’t cheap.

first time with this type of phone so thought it was ok -how wrong can you be? dead slow needed charging every day even when not being used absolute rubbish poor signal most of the time. fed up so went into a phone shop (ee) and bou ght a phone £30 pounds cheaper - brilliant phone so now i know not to buy lebara stuff ever again
