I bought this for a 2-3 week trip to France in June. My review is not based on any comparison with other portable water flossers. I'm content with my purchase, but I can't say if this is better or worse than what else is out there.Pros– It's pretty compact and aesthetic: around the size of a thick sunglass case?– It does what it says it does: there's multiple settings but I just use the strongest constant setting because I feel like it's not as strong as my regular one that I leave at home. It's water pressure to fine for me for temporary usage.– It came with multiple tips and is easy to store one: One could be fitted into the hole for filling it with water, so it doesn't get last.– It has the portable bag: this is nice when its a little wet but you have to pack it in your suitcase or bag.– You can take it apart and put it back together easily: I do this so I can let the water compartment dry after using, which I do after my travels because I don't just want the little bit of leftover water to just sit there.– USB-C is convenient: I don't have to carry extra cords.– Decent price of $30! and it appears even cheaper now.Opportunities for Improvement- Filling the water to the line: It's hard to see where the water is compared to the line and sometimes I overfill it. I usually prefer to take it apart to fill the water compartment then put it back together than keep it together and try to aim to fill it through the small opening at the top.– Have to be careful about how I hold it: If I'm not careful, I might let it accidentally collapse while I'm using it and the water overflows. Doesn't seem to affect anything though.

I really like this water flosser! It seems very well-made, and works great. I’ve used dental floss for years, but it never removed all of the food particles that were between my teeth. Now I use this instead of floss.This device does a much better job, and usually gets everything out. I like having various options on the flosser to choose from. There are something like eight power levels to choose from, but it’s a little tricky in selecting the one I want. The best thing is that it remembers my choice of settings, so all I have to do is press the On/Off button.It also collapses down very small for travel. It’s a pleasure to use, and I’m glad to have it!

Unfortunately, the head moving around is a HUGE problem! It's difficult to hold it in place while moving the base around. I am very disappointed because it’s the perfect size, but this is a design flaw that ruins the whole product.I had to YouTube the directions to figure out how to pull it open, I felt a little silly at how easy it is! It’s got really good power, three different settings and definitely enough water! The 4 star instead of 5 is the one thing I really don’t like, the head moves around, making it difficult to keep it aimed in the right place.

Ultimately I wouldn’t buy again because it won’t consistently turn on or off. But when it works it’s great and sold me on traveling with such a device, just a higher quality unit that will use any usb-c charger.Pros- strong flow- holds a charge over a week with 3x daily use- multiple flow options- comfortable to hold- water reservoir is a great size- collapsibility for travel is good- can separate parts to clean.Cons- Must use a low flow usb-c charger so can’t share a charger with other devices like laptop or phone (annoying)- won’t turn on or turn off consistently (infuriating)

This is my second portable water pik. I had braces so I had gotten a different brand a couple years ago. I wish I had gotten this one first. I got it on August 9th, charged it and have used it everyday since and the battery is still going ! It’s now September 29. So basically 2 months now and I haven’t charged it.It's very powerful and easy to open and close. Compact enough to not take up too much space when traveling. I mean like I said, I wish this was my first water flosser. No complaints really.
