I’ve had this for a short time, but so far it’s been great! Nothing will truly replace getting a massage by another person, but this massager has been so effective with me rubbing out my own knots. With the way it’s designed, it’s been easy to sit and rub the knots in my back for a long time as opposed to attempting to reach back there with my opposite arm. This trigger point massager gets too the areas I so need it too for pain relief. I have many devices and none do what this one can! This i can easily get amazing pressure in my SI joint and in my trigger points along my shoulder blades and back and neck. I love the ability to turn and massage up and down along shoulder blade as well as just releasing all those tight areas. It also gives my chest a good much needed stretching which helps ease my chostochriditis(sp?) From my open heart surgery. Its very easy to use. Very functional. I havent tried my feet, legs etc yet but no doubt it will feel amazing in those areas also. I like this better than my old S shaped back knobber. If you're a large person like I am it fits around you. No worries there. It dont weigh alot either which is great for those of us with less strength, grip etc. I highly recommend for serious pain relief

This item works perfect for what I need it for. I have a job carrying a lot of equipment all day and my back and shoulders get very sore. I thought maybe this thing was a gimmick. As a lisenced massage therapist Ive seen plenty of self care tools that dont work. This thing is worth every penny. Very well designed and comes with a detailed instruction manual. Ive used a theracane for years and this thing is so much better for the simply fact it has a base you can rest on the wall or a table and lean into to apply more force with just body weight. The base rotates like a ball and socket joint so its absolutely incredible to get those awkward angles while still maintaining enough pressure!! Thats the holy grail of a self care tool in my eyes. Such a simple concept but incredibly effective and brings so much relief to me after a long day of massaging.
