It does everything that it’s meant to do
This is one of the best machines I’ve ever purchased. It does everything that is stated in the brochure perfect can’t be more pleased.

Clean water on tap—and hot or cold too!
Gives lovely clean water, which is great—though funny enough, some people don’t actually like the taste of really pure water! I keep a little bottle of trace minerals on top so I can add a few drops when I fancy, and it tastes spot on.Love that it does both hot and cold: the cold water comes out at a perfect drinking temp, super refreshing. I do wish the max hot temp went a bit higher though, since we like our tea proper piping in this house. The kids love it too, and since it arrived we’re all drinking way more water (and actually enjoying it!). It does make a bit of noise every now and then when it’s doing its thing, but nothing that bothers us. Overall, it’s made staying hydrated a lot easier—and even a bit fun!

Failed after two days of use
It's a complete waste of money. Don't buy it. I've had it for two days, and it has already failed with error code E12.

Waterdrop A1 Hot water! UPDATED
I just bought the Waterdrop A1 hot/cold water RO desktop system and while I am happy with it’s many features and options and very user-friendly design, but have noticed tiny dust like specks when making black tea. This is really concerning me as the Zero Water system I had before this never had this issue. Can anyone please explain if they are having this same issue. See photo. thanks.UPDATE:Ok this seems to be a misunderstanding as I tested again and all seems fine. I must say Waterdrop Customer service is very quick and responsive and answered all my concerns. Thank You.

Too expensive
For £600 I was hoping it would include a lifetime's supply of filters. Alas the filters are supplied as annual bundles costing just under £150 per year. What it does and what it costs are in two different universes.

Good Countertop RO system
Purchased this direct from Waterdrop and it's a decent item with a good rejection rate and TDS figure of 6-10, the 2 filters help here. Chilled water is welcome in summer.I prefer the smaller tank as it's easier to handle and refill. It also doesn't mix waste water with the incoming water top the membrane. This means you get less RO water 2:1, but that water is better quality.

Great
Love it. Water tastes amazing and it is really simple to use. The size is quite big but it’s worth it. The tank holds a lot of water compared to other water machines. Definitely a good buy.
