Works as advertised. I've only used it a few times, dont want to overdo it because im out os shape. you can feel it in your stomach muscles.

Consult your physician before attempting any new exercise. I have a bad back and a weak core. This device has allowed me to control my movements on the floor without injury. I am gradually getting stronger and am hopeful that I will get much stronger and do full extensions in the future.

Does what it says and product works great! And comfy to use with ease. Honestly though I don’t have any burning in my abdomen or feel like it does anything. Unfortunately I do feel a difference and feel that it’s working but terrible within ease using the plain wheel with a handle through it.

It’s decent but doesn’t roll back as advertise

Less than a week in, I hear a crunching sound in the wheel. Opened it up to find what you see in the pic. There are 8 screws that hold the wheels on (2 per wheel). All 8 came stripped because they use self tapping metal screws into plastic. The whole thing is plastic except for the handle bar.I'd return it but I already threw the box away. Disappointed for sure.

I am 260 lbs and the recoil feature makes it a possibility for me to do ab rolls! High Recommend!
