Q: What size should i buy for a uk size14? a previous answer says they are one-size, but the options clearly indicate sizes small to xxx-large. medium?

As an ex nurse I would order a large my lovely or a med as they do shrink a lot. You also have to give allowances for the sizes of the varies pads and liners that go inside. Go bigger is my advice x

Yes they are suitable for adult males . Useful during incontinence incidents .

No not always some brands are and others are not

Bought these for my mum. Seemed very good, but she then washed then in the washing machine and have stretched. Probably better to wash by hand if you want to re-use
