It doesn't have a cover you can clean or wipe down.
This NIR Therapy Belt Plus does not have a washable cover. The belt can get dirty from sweat because it gets warm when using. It didn't relieve our pain for either my husband or myself so I returned it. I had to pay for the return shipping back to the company. I wouldn't buy this again.

Excellent Product!
I can already see the improvement in my skin. I've been using it for about two months. I put it next to my bed and use it 20 minutes after my skincare routine. It has a timer, a fan and different light settings. You can use it with or without the sheet mask. The light is very strong. And there are no side effects. I've heard it can even improve your vision and stimulate hair growth if you do it on your scalp.
