Beautiful and perfect

Unfortunately this product has stopped working after 8 months and I’ve only used it on average once a month. Amazon directed me to contact the seller, however the seller states:Unfortunately, as this item was ‘fulfilled’ by Amazon you will need to speak with them directly regarding this.Shame I can’t easily get any help with this and have a replacement sent right away or being used a refund.
