Initially, I mistakenly thought there were missing parts, so I requested a refund, but it was my mistake. Everything was in place. The instructions were easy, and the product was of great quality!Love it!

Missing poles after a month waiting.
Received the first package earlier than expected, I still haven't received the second package that contains the poles. Amazon customer service gave me the run around four times I contacted them. I am returning the impact screen and surround, it does me no good without the frame. I actually liked the parts I received good quality.
