Voltage is not enough for 20W Led Tube Light.
Product is good.This LED Tube Light SMPS gives only 12v Dc.It is not enough for Philips 20W Led Tube Light.But Output Current is OK. After fitting this pcb in my light the light brightness is not satisfactory as before.May be This pcb is suit for 2 feet Led Tube Light.

Perfect for T5 Led from 10W to 25W
Value for money, RecycleNow, i will never throw away 20W led light after 3-4 years due to burnout of driver PCB.Thanks to Dreamlux LED driver module.No heating. High quality components.Its able to drive 60V to 110V LED series with 240mA.For installation, you would need Soldering Iron kit and understanding of basic electronics, Say AC, DCThe package does not come with any printed material, but PCB board has well marked Input and Output with polarity.

Excellent Drivers for LED tube lights
I had ordered 10 pieces of the drivers. One of my 22W led tube light was flickering. So I purchased 10 units of the same as I have other tube lights which are almost 5 years old and will soon cause problems. I had watched YouTube videos on how to replace the driver. It was very easy and my tube light is as good as new and is very bright too. Even though the description says 18 to 20 watt, it works for 22w too.
