Used this to cover an old asbestos corrugated garage roof which was leaking from the joints and some small cracks.Cured the leaks and has the added bonus of making the roof look a lot nicer.Quite thick to paint on but easy to spread and gives a nice even layer.

this product is easy to apply,handy size tin, perfect to use.

Worked well on shed roof. Covered leaky areas mainly were nails had been used to secure felt covering. Needed two coats to stop leaks fully.

I've purchased number of these. Very good on flat roof (felt), been three years still in tack.Also used on asphalt roof (hot melt) to replace previously aluminium coating which was doing nothing to help protect the roof, which I scarped, cleaned before applying, been three years still in good condition and have been checking and cleaning yearly, I purchase extra for going over cracks and recoating.Not sure on longevity and actual lifespan, haven't decided whether needs further coat although instruction says one but initially gave two coats three years ago.Before applying do read the instructions, as you will need to do prep work, wear suitable PPE, not for those who wants to do a quick job, the end result will be all worth it in expanding the life of the roof, will also give like a commercial roof finish.

Delivered quickly

Product used to overcoat felted flat roof above bay window. Ready to use out of the tin, easy to apply by brush and covers extremely well to give a sound waterproof coating. Delivered very promptly. Product was well packaged and arrived without any dents to either tins. Excellent value for money and the fibres allow the product to applied in varying thicknesses to level out existing felt. Would highly recommend.

Came in quick, well secured in the box.It is a very thick paint (cement like even), so can be used on vertical and horizontal surfaces. I've even used it to seal the roof from underneath, as did not have access to the top. Use a cheap brush that you can dispose after.You can also probably get away with one coat and it will cover twice the specified area. Depends how porous the surface is. Two proper coats will last you a life time.

Used two coats of this on a mineral felted shed roof that was previously leaking. Before applying this, the felt seams were stuck back down with felt adhesive. Applied with a 9 inch medium pile roller leaving two weeks between coats. The first coat wa# still a little tacky even then.No doubt the added fibres will help to strengthen the overall coating, however it makes it a little more difficult to apply. You certainly cannot get a completely even finish due to the added fibres. I used this over the six year old mineral felt in case it had become a little porous with age.It was a lot easier than completely re-felting the entire roof.Just need some rain now to confirm it is indeed completely watertight. I assume that it should be.Fingers crossed.
