Heat removal could be better
Works Great! The thin metal liner inside the plastic cover/cap , I believe ,is to dissipate the heat. I think it's too thin.It does get warm to touch the adapter so I placed heat conductor tape that came with my ssd drive inside the cover to assist in removing heatNo issues so far

The Universal Hub I Didn't Know I Needed
My digital life is a mix of devices, and as a content creator, I'm always looking for ways to streamline my workflow. I needed a solution for expanding storage and connecting accessories to my Android phone and tablet, which I use for everything from recording video to editing on the go. The promise of an SSD enclosure with a USB-C connection, a 3.5mm audio jack, and power delivery was very appealing. While it was marketed for a different ecosystem, I figured its USB-C connection meant it would be a versatile tool, and I was right. The enclosure itself is a well-built, compact device. It has a solid, premium feel to it, and I appreciate that it supports a wide range of SSD sizes. The fact that it comes empty, allowing me to choose and install my own SSD, is a huge plus. The setup was simple; I just slid in my NVMe drive and was ready to go. The 10Gbps data transfer speed is a game-changer for me. I can offload large video files from my phone to the SSD in seconds, which saves a ton of time and keeps my device's internal storage from getting clogged up.The included features are what truly make this product shine. The 60W PD charging is a fantastic addition. I can connect it to a power source, and it charges my phone or tablet while I'm transferring files or working from the external drive. This has been a huge help during long days of shooting or editing when I’m away from a dedicated power outlet. The 3.5mm audio jack is another feature I've come to rely on. My phone and tablet don’t have a headphone jack, so being able to plug in my wired headphones directly to the enclosure is incredibly convenient for monitoring audio while editing or just listening to music. However, the main frustration I've had is that the audio jack and charging port sometimes feel a little too close together. When I have a large headphone plug and a thick charging cable, it can be a tight squeeze. It's not a dealbreaker, but it does require a bit of careful handling.Ultimately, this SSD enclosure is a powerful and versatile tool for anyone with USB-C devices. Its blazing-fast data transfer, integrated charging, and convenient audio jack are its key strengths, making it a true all-in-one hub. The cramped port layout is a minor flaw that is easily overlooked given the massive boost in functionality it provides. It has become an indispensable part of my mobile creative setup.

Perfect enclosure for phone, tablet, or PC NVME SSD storage
Great speed and magsafe magnetic storage enclosure for phone, tablet, or computer. Does NOT work with my camera, Panasonic Lumix s5iix.

Not the most reliable enclosure I’ve used.
I’m using this with a Lexar 2280 4tb pcie gen 4 ssd and an iPhone 15 pro max and a MacBook Pro M1 Pro.Setup went fine. Instructions don’t explain where or how to use the included thermal pad. It does clarify that the 2280 size ssd does not need to use the screw which is fine and all except the only thing holding the drive in place is a small plastic tab. It also just snaps closed so the build quality doesn’t instill a whole lot of confidence. Also the enclosure doesn’t appear to have a capacity o assist in data being stored properly before it looses power like some enclosures offer.I was able to transfer all 3.25TB in about 20-30 minutes which was awesome and so the speed is definitely up there and didn’t slow down at all. I’m using it with APFS encrypted and that seems to be fine so far. When using it with my iPhone 15 pro max, the drive would sometimes stop talking and glitch out the files app with a message of an unknown error occurred and a try again button that does nothing until you unplug and replug the drive into your iPhone. I also tried charging my iPhone using a PD charger and it said it was charging but seemed to be way slower than plugging my iPhone into the same charger directly. I swapped the usb c cable for another cable I already had and that helped the reliability of the drive on my iPhone quite a bit so maybe my cable was defective. The only other issue I have is that the color is so incredibly ugly. A simple neutral color like gray or black would have been much better in my opinion.Overall it’s nice and the first product like it to market but it has a lot of room to improve and I hope to see a future product that addresses these issues.

Doesn’t work with 2280 Drives on iPhone
Product unfortunately doesn’t work with 2280 drives on the iPhone 15 Pro without also providing external power, making the form factor kind of useless. It does however work with 2230 drives without external power. Also I have a DJI Mic 2 which can be plugged into the USB-C mic port making for a pretty cool portable ProRes video station with great audio capabilities as well. While the product is a good solution, I can only give 3 stars because of the lack of 2280 form factor support and the pretty poor build quality and poor cooling performance due to the plastic housing. If they re-release this product with only 2230 support, aluminum case and better heat sync capabilities and they will have a 5 star product and I would definitely be the first in line to buy it.

Must buy if u have portable gaming device
The media could not be loaded. This is a must-buy if you have portable gaming devices like a Steam Deck / Legion Go or ROG Ally X. It is also ideal for extending your gaming portal device storage capacity or running other OS without a dual booting. I have 4TB internal on my Legion Go with Windows, and I am using this to run a SteamOS with 4TB external, plus I can charge your devices at the same time without losing a USB-C slot. The description says this device supports a maximum of 2 TB, but I put 4TB in it, and it works perfectly. There are no issues.

Poor quality - doesn't reliably connect to phone
While in concept, this device seems nice, the execution is botched resulting in a poor experience.I could not get this to stay connected to two phones and two laptops I tried. It would connect then disconnect automatically. So excited to buy this only to feel like I wasted my time. I guess the only real positive is that it looks nice. However, it feels cheap. The plastic cover can be a bit difficult to get off. All around, would not recommend to anyone.
