I need these every time now. They help me so MUCH. When I have cramps and need to sleep I just put one over my high waist undies. Helps me sleep SOO well. Reduces so much pain and when I wake up 8+ hours later it's still warm. In my experience they last about 8.5 -10.5 hours. They're definitely worth it. Way more convenient than a heating pad.

Bought these for my teenager. She plays softball and every now and then get bad pelvic pain due to her constant sliding and at times at the beginning of her cycle. These ease the pain & discomfort.

Always order these with the caffeine free pain pills to help my amazing girlfriend’s through the cramps. Picos worsen an already unpleasant experience each month, these help her immensely, wish it came with more than 3. She prefers the brand.

These are horrible. They don’t work! Idk how they have decent ratings because they literally don’t work. I’ve re-read the instructions 10x over to make sure I’m using them right and I am 🤣 they don’t heat up at all, if they do in the slightest it takes a couple hours to get warm. You’re also supposed to stick these onto your underwear or shirt which I think is uncomfortable and bizarre?Better off just using a heated blanket or something. Will never buy these again

These are a life saver, I have pretty bad cramps and I use these on day 1 and 2, it makes a huge difference! They are very comfortable for me to wear and they get very hot. I stick them on the outside of my underwear and it last all day. They heat almost immediately, I put my hand on it for extra heat when needed. Highly recommend these!

They don’t get very hot at all. It says put it on your underwear or shirt but I couldn’t feel it so I put it on my skin and had no problems. It just gets slightly warm
