Kitchen Worth Smart Machine: This IFB model is very useful for smart cooking at affordable price. All our family members found it effective and enjoyable.The services of both Amazon and IFB were effective so far. For immediate use of the machine, the Starter Kit (six items free issue by Cutting Edge for IFB) was useful, although the same was not yet received by us for the same machine purchased by us for our second time for another our residence. Nevertheless We are planning to buy one more shortly for our another residence.

I booked this this product from IFB on dhan teras for my family and was out for Diwali,there was no issue in delivery and i was advised to wait for until demo happens by IFB technician then open the box.After waiting for a week the demo didn't happen.I had to raise a request for demo personally by going to the customer support of IFB.Demo agent came and showed us the manual buttons and during this time product was opened from the box first time almost 10 days after purchase.Installation took another 7-8 days from our end as we didn't had a electric point and space to fit this large microwave .To my surprise when i put the first “bowl of dal “and kept it for 2 mins it didn't heat,i somehow thought i pressed something wrong and again did this exercise.After spending half and hour with the microwave functions..i came to a conclusion that this is a faulty product and at the demo we didn't actually check if microwave is heating food or not.With a sad experience i reached to IFB with the issue as i thought i'm doing something wrong and somehow the demo didn't happen correctly as the product looked perfect. IFB technician again visited and on job sheet declared this product as faulty and asked me to wait as they will change it.I got a call from the warehouse person (subhas) promising that they will change the piece as its a new product and issue is at there end.This week monday 11 dec 2017 a new microwave was sent with opened box,it appreared like it was repaired product not new so we didn't accept it.I WANT TO SAY ..DO WE LOOK STUPID TO ACCEPT A FAULTY PRODUCT OR USED IF I HAVE PAID IN FULL????I'm going to raise a request with consumer court and totally recommend double check the functions in demo,Also after delivery ask for demo instantly,moreover in today's time of Quality checks how can a product whose basic function is to heat and is not doing it is passed?How can you dare to send such thing at my house?Why did i choose IFB as a brand and was relaxed ?If you guyz can't promise a safe product then please remove yourself from eCommerce websites.I'm still stuck with the microwave and waiting for authorities and amazon to help me out with a new one

Very good 30 Litre Microwave Oven. Great capacity. I had a 23 Litre stand alone micro at first. The 3 in one feature is awesome. My wife has never baked a cake before. After she got this micro she is baking cakes by looking up recipes provided in a book that came with this micro and also looks up a lot of recipe websites.Make sure you call the IFB company and ask for a demo like I did. They actually come and do that.Another thing worth mentioning is the Amazon customer service. I had ordered this micro and when I opened the packing I saw there were a couple of dents in the body. Amazon immediately initiated a return and no questions were asked. I just had to reorder and that was it.

Satisfied with the product but..I have recently used the plastic safe bowl provided by IFB.Though it was claimed as microwave safe, the erosion of layer was seen after placing it in microwave.I have never expected such a thing from a reputed brand like IFB

Only accessory of broken bowls in starter kit replaced. The original received microwave was commissioned on Mar 7th by IFB technician and all is well. No microwave unit was delivered when you replacement of broken glass bowls were carried out
