I wish I started here earlier than I did in my postpartum journey. I struggled with PP anxiety, this help me relax especially at night.

These have been a great addition to my postpartum phase and great for my cortisol levels. I can tell when I’ve been without them for a few days as I’m a little more on edge with my moodiness.

I only took this for 3 days, took 1 pill at night to start off with and I got a headache three days in a row. Stopped taking them and didnt get any headaches after. Looked it up and ashwaganda side effect is headaches. Of course you can't get a refund because this isn't eligible for a refund. There's goes $20!

I am currently 5 months postpartum with my fourth child and am exclusively breastfeeding. I noticed recently I had been struggling with noises over stimulating me quite frequently and that I was having a hard time emotionally. I was also falling behind with work and keeping house. I attributed it all to the fact that I've been getting around five hours of sleep for the last two months and I am a busy mom, partner, and employee.I took these and within twenty minutes realized that I had been dealing with terrible anxiety. Racing thoughts and constant fears and potential ways to mitigate them had become my normal.Within twenty minutes of taking these my mind was clear, calm, and focused and I felt relaxed enough to feel like my old self and remember who she was! I also had energy that was very natural. These effects lasted throughout the day.Until I took these and immediately was able to be myself again and think clearly and positively and be focused and have the patience for my children I had no idea how much I had been dealing with. I had been surviving for the last two months...not really living..of course I was over stimulated and behind with everything. I'm sure I sound like an infomercial but this product has really given me my life back and I'm incredibly thankful for your company and product.

I bought this in hopes it would help increase my milk supply but it hasn't and hasn't helped with the stress control either.. it's just something else to take, hasn't been beneficial to me.
