Tamaki Haiga with Rice Germ 15lb in Sprout Talk's Package

I have been buying this rice for several years now - Louisiana Cajuns like their rice. This stuff cooks perfectly in my rice cooker. It's only slightly off-white, flavorful without being so assertive as to mask the dishes i cook to use with it - gumbos, courtbouillons, etouffees, etc., all work well with it. It washes easily without a lot of debris, three rinses is more than enough for cooking. Yes, it's a premium price for a rice I use several times a week, but the quality and taste are worth it.

OMG, this is gourmet rice! It's really hard to eat anyone else's rice after cooking this at home. If you love rice, this is the stuff. If you don't, you will after you switch to this. My penny-pinching father was convinced after we served this to him.
