I picked this up a few weeks ago to put in my home office so I didn't have to go across the house to make a cup of tea and it's absolutely perfect! It makes 2-3 large cups of tea and takes up very little space. The settings are very easy to use and the cup warmer is great for keeping the tea at perfect drinking temperature so you can work and not worry about your tea getting cold. Very simple set up, take out of box, plug in, and use.... can't get much easier than that. Would definitely recommend!

My old kettle was a little rusty, so I was looking for a new kettle. Being Indian tea is an integral part of my daily routine. The main reason for buying this kettle is its multifunctional ability to prepare tea. The multifunctional ability lets me prepare from chai to green tea to herbal tea to warming my tea. So far the kettle is doing good and become part of the daily morning/evening routine.

Loved my little tea kettle! It’s very easy to use, and very convenient for daily use. I bought it for my work, perfect on my desk and have been using it for a week now, so far everything works great . One pot makes about two cups of tea, which is just right for my morning tea time. I particularly like the heat preservation function of the cup, which keeps my drink warm

This is a very portable product and the temperature read out is close to accurate, BUT left empty after pouring out all the water it stayed on and continued to periodically heat up to the default keep warm temperatures.Dry boil shut off does work. This indicates that the pot needs to be heated to a higher temperature than the 147F in order for the auto shut off to work.
