I take this before bed and it calms the mind and helps with a good nights sleep! I’ve been experimenting with different ways to improve sleep.It’s very effective and tastes great!The serving size is shy of 30 days tho.I ended up buying powdered L-theanine instead to add to my coffee. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this product because of the price. Ease of swallow:Easy to swallow, tastes great but did not notice a difference like I do with other GABA/L-theanine products

Ordered 2 different times after the first one I had ordered and they burned the underside of tongue!!! And didn’t taste like grape, tasted like alcohol which it shouldn’t if it’s not done with the alcohol method!!!

I do enjoy this product. It really takes the edge of in the evening. Very much worth the price.
