Waterproof roofing
I laid all this down yesterday and came to check on it again this morning. We had a bit of rain in the night and I’ve now got pills on top of my roof which is good so it’s done exactly what it’s supposed to do. Would highly recommend this product, I’m most importantly, my Roof is not leaking.I gave this five stars for price, quality and very easy to use.I would recommend using a facemask as the fumes are quiet pungent to say the least, So please be careful when using this without any face protection as the fumes do get to you, but the quality of this stuff is 2nd to none.

Great product for flat roofs
I used this product on a flat fibre glass covered garage roof.The fibre glass had minute cracks allowing the ingress of rain water.The product was easy to apply to a pre dried, cleaned surface using a paint roller.The thickness of the product was sufficient to not only provide good coverage but to penetrate the cracks effectively.The important drying time was quick for but was assisted by the warming sun effect

Used it to waterproof my flat roof
I live in Cornwall where rainfall is high especially in winter, so a flat roof needs good waterproofing. I'd used the same product eleven years ago and by this year it had cracked a bit around the edges of the roof so I renewed it. The tin was enough for three coats of the bathroom roof and about 1/3 of the can left over which I gave to a friend. Word of warning- it takes a few days to dry properly especially if you lay it a bit too thick, so don't step in it before it's fully dry or it will leave a footprint. Don't get it in your eye- and wear gloves.

FIRST CLASS PRODUCT
I PAINTED MY UPSTAIRS PATIO WITH THIS 10 YEARS AGO AND IT HAS JUST STARTED TO DEGENERATE SO I HAVE PURCHASED SOME MORE. IT IS EXCELLENT TO PUT DOWN ON THE FIBREGLASS BASE AND WATERPROOFS FOR YEARS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
