Good
Simple- these are pretty easy to take. The flavor isn’t overwhelming. The only negative is they either place the gummies when they are fresh out of the oven or store them in warm/ hot environments because they are ( mostly) stuck together and it is difficult to break them apart while in their container.Fortunately, I kept my old container ( from a previous order) so I could cut open the new container and break apart the gummies and repackage them into the old container.

Good Magnesium Suppliment - 1 little gripe
I typically take Magnesium L-Threonate as a sleep supplement. I decided to give these a try, since the name brand, trademarked "Magtein" stuff usually comes at a higher cost. Big question being what would the efficacy be, as compared with my other supplement, baselined to no supplements at all - measured subjectively by feeling and with some (highly questionable) sleep quality data from my Galaxy Watch.Taking this in a similar manner, evening-time - half post-dinner, half ~1hour before bedtime. I feel improved relaxation over baseline comparable to Magtein making it easier to calm the brain to calm state. This makes drifting sleeping easier compared to baseline better, but effects on sleep levels (percentage deep and REM sleep) are not as noticeable. Still a viable evening stack, and it goes down easy and no negative side effects were noticed after repeat, multiple use (3 weeks).I got these fully understanding that what I was NOT Magtein - and you should know that, too. The various forms of magnesium are nuanced and maybe not all that important for you, but they are their own specific things with their own specific targeted benefits. Glycinate and Malate are different from L-Threonate in pretty important ways. Glycinate has good bioavailability, so absorption and body utilization are great - and having proper, well balanced levels of magnesium in you system, steady state, will have downstream mental / cognitive / neurological benefits and subjective impact (not saying it's a miracle mineral that will change your life, just that studies suggest some level of subjective benefit above placebo in some people). That said, L-Threonate, specifically, is effective at crossing the blood-brain barrier, so as a supplement, it's better tailored for those looking for the calm, sleep assisting, neurological benefits, over people who are looking for more generalized magnesium supplementation, which includes overall body benefits, plus the cognitive stuff, but less targeted. Is this huge for most people - nope, most won't even notice or care. However, as my comparison with Magtein outlines in an anecdotal way (sample size of 1, but I hope my experiment was honest), the overall benefits are there, but not as "targeted" as a sleep stack supplement, specifically. I still like them; I still take them; they're still cheaper than Magtein for marginal differences (for most people). However, I dislike they put L-Threonate in the title, when it's not on the ingredients list picture as posted, it's not in the ingredients listed on the bottle I received, and the specific effects of L-Threonate (subjectively) were not experienced in my "study".

Yummy Gummy Bears
Delicious raspberry flavor. High potency… only need to take one. Love that they don’t stick together in a lump.
