It is cured and vacuum sealed so will last for long if not opened and kept in a cool place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3/4 weeks

Blow your brain’s

This is very spacey, used this in a recipe. It was very spicy hot, but was able to dilute and us. If recipe states two tablespoons then use half, unless of course you can take the heat. Enjoy
