Q: Where is this product made?

Mypurmist is made in Indonesia at a facility that is ISO 13485 and ISO 9000 certified and inspected. The 13485 certification is for manufacturing medical products and the 9000 is for using and maintaining a quality process. The facility makes a number of medical devices and is regularly inspected by the FDA and other national regulatory authorities.

Please be advised that for the Mypurmist Free cordless and the Mypurmist 2 ultrapure steam inhalers models you can only use the ultrapure sterile water refills. Distilled or any other type of water can defect the unit or shorten the lifespan overtime. However, for the Classic handheld plug-in model you can use any brand of plain distilled water (no added minerals or electrolytes). If you would like to exchange your Mypurmist 2 for a Classic handheld plug-in, please send the Mypurmist seller a direct message.

Q: Are supposed to to just breath through your nostrils or both mouth and nostrils?

Hi! Please inhale and exhale into the mask as you would normally. You are welcome to do both if you prefer and/or whichever is comfortable. There is no special way you have to breathe to use the unit.

Q: Why does the unit/blue light turn off within second of turning on? It’s full of the water provided, but doesn’t fell like any steam coming out.

My Puremist-Free only works when unplugged. I had the same issue.
