Best solution for urine and bowl incontinence in elderly
This is really good in quality and size. It covers full single bed and prevent bedsheets becoming dirty. I used this for my bedridden auntie and it is best choice for urine incontinence and bowl incontinence problems. As my auntie wears pads but still leeks and this is the solution

Reviewed for you 🫶🏼
I recently purchased the Extra Large Incontinence Bed Pads and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision! These pads are super absorbent, holding up to 2300 ml of liquid, which has been a lifesaver for overnight use. I’ve been using them for my elderly parent, and they provide great protection, ensuring that the bed stays dry throughout the night. The 150cm x 80cm size is perfect for covering the entire bed, offering full coverage without slipping or bunching up.The quality of the material is excellent; the pads are soft to the touch and comfortable, which is important for extended use. The waterproof backing works perfectly, preventing any leaks from reaching the mattress. I’ve noticed that these pads do an excellent job of keeping moisture away from the skin, which has helped prevent any irritation. The pack of 20 pads is also great value for the price, and they last quite a while. The pads are easy to change, and they don’t crinkle or make noise when moving around, which is a bonus for a good night’s sleep.Overall, I highly recommend these incontinence bed pads. They’re highly effective, super absorbent, and provide great comfort and protection for anyone in need of extra care. A must-have for anyone dealing with incontinence issues!

We are actually using these whilst we house train our house rabbits to use the littler tray. They are large enough to cover a large space in the living room where their litter tray is, it is very water proof and absorbant so keep smells away compleatly. You get so many in a pack so they will last along yome so great value for money.

So useful!
Full disclosure here, I'm actually using these in my dog's overnight pen, for times when he seems to have an upset stomach or the like. I’ve just cleaned up too many piles of pike and poo from the carpet now! They're the same as the small 'dog' ones, but so much bigger, so they can be tucked under the sides of his night pen (2 of them covers the floor perfectly). My dog has always ripped the small ones to shreds as they’re small enough for him to regard them as a toy and to pull around and ‘worry’, and although he’s generally good about not actually eating stuff, I was always nervous that he might swallow some plastic. But as I'd hoped, these are so big that he just regards them as the floor, and leaves them alone. At £23 for 20 they’re a bit over a quid each, but four of the XL puppy pads don’t cover the same amount of space, so you have to put a lot down to make sure he has a reasonable chance of hitting them, so that comes to a quid. For me, the advantage of not having to get up early on a work-day morning to clean all the shredded dog-size ones, as well as the gamble that he might not have hit them anyway, or if he did he might have either shredded them beforehand, or gone on to shred them afterwards, plus the worry that he might have swallowed some plastic…it’s just so worth it!I can imagine they’d have a lot of other uses too, like strategic temporary placement on the floors of hobby rooms, and under the chairs of kids when they’re crafting, and masking-taped to the skirting board for paint touch-ups.As for their real use, I’d say they're absorbent and very soft, and I would imagine that they're not uncomfortable to lay on, and won’t continually rustle when you move. I'm not at all sure that they'd stay put if someone was sleeping on them though, even if they were under a fitted sheet. You might have to invest in a set of those bedsheet clips to reliably hold them in place. Other reviews will likely give you a far more useful opinion on that. In terms of absorbency I’d be confident about these being sufficient for a child, though again, I'd check other reviews for use with adults, as myself I’m not certain. But laid over a full waterproof mattress cover, they’d certainly make it more comfortable. For my use, these have been fantastic, and I'm very pleased with them.
