After a knee injury I had some issues with muscle tightness and loss of muscle tone. My physical therapist recommended this for pain relief and to help loosen my muscles up at home. It has worked perfectly and even with light pressure relieves the pain and tightness quickly. The fact you hold it means you can adjust the pressure and speed at which you massage the muscles. It’s built sturdy and rolls easily. Definitely recommend this product for pain relief in tense muscles!

My PCP recommended ice therapy for my plantar fasciitis. This is a nice affordable tool. Freeze it over night and it is helpful to use during the day for several hours.Also nice on shoulders & neck. The biggest problem I have is getting a good grip on this to use on neck; works fine on feet because it can be set on the floor.Not "in" to essential oils so have not tried to use that functionality.Overall very happy and would repurchase!

Works wonders! I looked at a lot of different versions of these roller ball massagers, and opted to get this one because it was cheaper than most. It works great! A tad bit noisy, but still love.

It does not stay in place on a painted surface if you try to use it on back muscles. You'll need assistance from someone to massage your back. I was sold on it when I tried it on a textured wallpaper surface and it stayed in place with the pressure of my body against it. There it worked great without assistance to go deep into muscle tissue behind my shoulder blades! No luck at home on a painted wall.

Just had knee replacement. Bought to lightly massage as possible. OMGOSH, wonderful for neck, shoulders, arms and just about anything. Easy to hold - you decide pressure. LOVE
