They should be aware that it is most likely to be damaged and leaking when they receive it.This is the 2nd time I've ordered this product for my nephew. He really likes this. Both times I ordered it, I received it in a white Amazon envelope, damaged and leaking. Items like these should be put in a box and protected inside the box. This is the 2nd review I've wrote on this and still have not heard back from Amazon or Hawthorne !!!! I wish they would really resolve this issue !!!!I tried posting pics of this on here, but for some reason, it won't let me !!!Sadly waiting to hear from Amazon or Hawthorne !!!!!!!!!!!
