Not worth your time!
The five seconds rule is not a bad idea but doesn’t worth the time to read the whole book. It’s very repetitive, this entire book could be in 20 pages. The high five method won’t work for everybody. I feel if you want to believe in yourself more or become more confident, it’s deeper phycology issue. It’s better to talk to a therapist to understand yourself first rather than high-five yourself to have the affirmation without understanding yourself in the first place. If you’re interested in her method, you can listen to her podcast or watch YouTube to get the gist. It is a boring book, regret to spent time on it.
