Durable
I bought these compression socks several times over the last two years and wear them almost daily. I have never had a pair tear or snag. The socks are very durable. After many, many wears they do finally stretch out along the top seams and slip down my leg as I wear them. I know then that it is time to replace that sock when that happens. I recommend these socks to my patients.

good product
it goes high, does not roll down, it is not too tight, ideal for surgery as well

They fall down at the upper thigh
These were snug and served the purpose after my knee surgery. However, I had to put an ace bandage around it at the top to keep them up, which was very uncomfortable.

Comfortable if you get the right size
I have two pieces of advice for anyone who purchases these: use the sizing chart to get your correct size, and inspect them when you receive them. I got these for use after a spider vein treatment. One of the stockings fit perfectly - it was surprisingly comfortable (after the slight struggle to put it on) and stayed up on my thigh as designed. The other one kept falling down to my knee which made it really annoying. When I viewed them together, it was evident that the top band of the annoying one was much larger than the other. I didn’t discover this until after the procedure so I had no choice but to deal with it as is until I could get another pair.

Must have for knee surgery
When you leave the hospital you are swollen. So, the stockings stretch.Within a week I couldn't keep them up and they would wrinkle at my ankles cutting off the circulation. Be sure to measure your leg to get the proper fit before ordering. Much better quality. Highly recommend these.

Great Post Surgery
These are the only compression stockings I could find with a thigh panel that will stretch over a swollen leg after knee replacement surgery. The stockings sent home from the hospital were digging into my husband's thigh making them almost impossible to wear. These stockings ordered from Amazon saved the day and were much more comfortable to wear. They still are difficult to put on, but all compression stockings are difficult because they are a tight fit.

Not worth the price. Poor fit, snag spontaneously, roll down and dig in.
I've spent hundreds on compression socks and stockings over the last several months trying to keep mysterious and severe edema under control, and these were THE worst ones by far. I took them out of the package, put on my donning gloves, proceeded to put them on, and within minutes, I noticed a run from the top of the thigh to below the knee! To make matters worse, they do NOT stay up, and aren't long enough to go over the thickest part of my thigh. The silicone dots are a joke. They ended up rolling down in the middle, to where there was a tight small roll/creases/bunched up fabric right below my knee and above my calf, tight to the point where it looked like my leg was a balloon animal, twisted at the knee, or like a chunky baby leg that looks like there are rubber bands around the joints! I have another pair of thigh highs from another brand, but they are black and closed toe. I've worn them a dozen times and not a run or snag anywhere. They also creep and roll down, but stop between the thigh and knee and dig into the backs of my thighs. However, those ones are long enough to go up to my butt cheeks in the back, and over my thighs completely, and they stay up as long as I am mostly inactive. I could never leave the house or run errands in either pair... without skin friendly adhesive, they'd end up at the knee or ankle for sure. I am 5' 7.5", 225 lbs., long, slender "chicken legs" with ankles that are skinny and weak. I am obese and carry my weight in the middle. With the edema, my leg measurements match the size chart shown for L.I don't know why nobody can design a better fitting compression stocking. I have to have the thigh high ones, and most of them are in the $30 range. They're always too loose at the ankle and foot even with extreme edema! Then too tight and won't stay put from the knees up! I'm a large woman, and the max size I can find with the better known brands is XL. This brand said I needed a L instead. WRONG. They get 1 star for softness, and 1 for price ($14 - the lowest - at time of purchase). But if they don't fit well, fall apart immediately, and likely to do more harm than good, they're worth less than free, IMHO.

Used these for compression after a cesarean and wow! They were just about the only thing that helped. After wearing for two/three days I was back to normal

No compression and will not stay in n okace
These are like cheap pantyhose, they lose elasticity almost immediately and they stopped staying up after 1/2 hour. Totally misleading to be labeled as compression tights.
