This toner is an excellent cost effective product if you want to achieve platinum hair whilst on a budget. I use this with the "blonde me products" you can also purchase on Amazon.I would recommend putting some type of oil in your hair before bleaching to avoid over processing and to protect the scalp. I use jojoba oil that I have also purchased on Amazon. I have natural black hair and I been wanting platinum white hair for ages, I blended a little bit of lavender moon and the results were amazing, you have to be a level 9 and up for it to actually tone it white like this, level 10 for best results or else it’ll make it grey/green toned…at least it was for me…green was my biggest enemy

There is nothing white about the icy white toner. This is very much a silver toner. Wish I had known before. I put it in my hair, but I did not unfortunately.

Was disappointed. Was not advised to order a developer too.
