Ordered and arrived the next day. Fantastic service. Was unsure at first as never had this make before (Miele) and knowing someone who has a Miele, decided to get this, why I didn’t this sooner (Miele) I don’t know! I’m so pleased I purchased this. All gadgets come with the vacuum cleaner needed to clean various items. A good size floorhead. Good long suction hose and 2 telescopic suction tubes to connect to main vacuum. Is supplied with a bag inside vacuum cleaner but I bought a box too of vacuum bags for the vacuum cleaner, so I’m stocked up. Put to use straight away when it arrived and whole house felt clean and new again, no bits left in the carpet… yeah! , and didn’t have to constantly go over the same area again and again. CERTAINLY NO MORE THAN TWICE. Put on full suction power (there is a dial for this to adjust for suction strength)for a deeper clean. Picked up all cat hair (2 cats) and other bits.I would not go to a bagless hoover again! My last one lost all suction, not hygienic when having to empty constantly and dust goes everywhere despite putting into a black bag, no way again! I have since read up bagged hoovers have better suction power and last longer. I think this is true. I was trying to be environment friendly by having a bagless hoover, only lasted 3 years, disappointing.It is worth paying that little bit more for a decent vacuum cleaner (which this is) that will hopefully last years.Recommend for good suction, gadgets, long suction hose, floorhead, telescopic suction tubes. Also recommend for lightweight to carry up and downstairs (use handle) definitely NOT heavy to lift.It’s a 10/10 for me overall for the mega Miele. Thank you.

I had not had a Miele before, having had Dysons. I am impressed by the lightweight cabinet - easy to take up stairs. And the long wand which can reach anywhere. And the precision of the engineering of the extension of the wand - it feels like top-quality engineering. I like the suction adjustment - useful when on a loose rug. And the strength of suction is amazing! Seems more powerful than the Dysons I have had (the pet hair purple one and the original yellow one). And i like the power adjustment on the unit. It comes with a proper, generously lengthed power cable. All around, top marks!

I'm not sure i have ever written a review but i feel it is my duty to inform the general public of the magnificence of this product. Previously, we were loyal to a different vacuum brand, whose name echoes a certain large, shaggy danger-cow that roamed the American plains and faced near extinction in the 19th century. However, considering the steep price of their latest model, it felt more like an investment than a simple purchase. This led me to discover the Miele C3. Yes it has bags, a power cable to trip over and you will continue to pay for bags and filters forever but if someone in the household has allergies this thing is a game changer. When i used it for the first time on our lounge carpet I thought that the brush feature on the head was deployed as there was so much resistance, i realised that it was the sheer power of the suction that was stopping it from moving. I could have reduced the suction, however I had not been to gym that morning so decided to embrace the situation! The suction on this thing is humongous!Pros:- Sucks like something from another world! Suction is adjustable from curtain level (lowest) to satan's vortex (highest)- Hepa filters and bags capture the smallest particle.- Has bags that need replacing - but then the allergy sufferers in the house don't need to be exposed to the dust when they empty the C3.- Amazing value for what you get!Cons:- Has a really long cable - a light inconvenience.- You will pay for bags and filters forever - but then again throwing these away with all the micro particles helps the allergy sufferers in the family.- I wouldn't have bought 16 bags with my purchase if I had known that there were discount vouchers in the vacuum cleaner box. These vouchers are for bags and Hepa filters.

I am beyond happy with my purchase. We are in a middle of a renovation and we have a dog and I myself have long black hair. Given that there is my dog's hair along with dust everywhere, this hoover is a game changer. We do have a hand held one as well but as soon as I was using it on the carpets, the battery life would drop drastically (from 55 mins - to 20 mins). I do a big hoover on the wooden floors and carpets once a week and now I use the chargable hand held one only in the kitchen and dining area once a day.The suction of Miele is really good. Having versatile heads to the hoover gives you the ability to deep clean everything. With the brush head I clean the blinds and with the small head I cleaned the sofas and with the pointy head I cleaned the corners. You can use the main head to clean the corners as well but I specifically used it on the corners of the sofa and the dog bed which are absolutely hard o reach and clean.I bought this in Black Friday Sale and it was still very expensive for a hoover. But honestly I know I am gonna have this for years ( We used to have Miele in my mum's house when I was young so I knew that I am not gonna waste my money) and get my money's worth from it. BTW, I used to have the dyson one and did not like that one either.I think if you have pets and also you have long thick black hair that is absolutely visible on the wooden floors and carpets, you definitely need to get one of these.
