Absolutely superb Balsamic Vinegar!!! It is rich in flavor and pairs well with a myriad of different foods. The consistency is a rich flavor but not overwhelming. I drizzle over Crab and the balsamic enhances the dish that my guest come back for more.NO LEFTOVERS!

Great quality, taste, price and delivery. Glass bottle was well protected in multi layers of bubble pack.Unbelievable flavor. I use this to rub into beef, especially steaks.Also great for dipping sourdough bread, etc.Enjoy….. J

Quality from the packaging to the product. Excellent flavor !

On the nose, it stinks with the sharp acidity and also has a little hint of soy sauce. On the palate,it has a sharp flavour of acidity and lacks agedness and woodiness. The overall taste is pretty good and enjoyable.Viscosity 6/10, fruitiness 5/10, sourness 8/10, sweetness 5/10 and my personal rating is 89/100.By taste it is 3 stars but the price/taste ratio is excellent.

Delicious. It is not necessary for me to use any oil with this vinegar as it is thicker than most. To date this is my favorite Balsamic

It was perfect. I needed it for caprese salad and bruschetta. Expiration date was clearly marked on packaging…around 5 years.My favorite and great price. Guess what we’re making tonight ?
