Our mykind Organics Oil of Oregano is food grade, meaning it can be ingested. The suggested use for this product is adults dilute 6 drops in water daily. Take between meals. Not intended for children. This liquid herbal supplement is intended for internal use, however as mentioned above the liquid should be diluted. What you want to measure is the amount of liquid that drops off the dropper. I fill it halfway up, and gently squeeze one drop at a time. So, 6 drops is less than a full dropper.
