Q: Can I use this to drink my beer while playing VR games?

Q: Are these the trackers or just the straps?

They are just the straps. You must buy the trackers separately.

Q: Will this work with the Valve Index w/ 2 base stations?

Yes they will :) The valve index uses htc's 2 gen lighthouses so they will be perfectly compatible with the index. Keep in mind, these are only the straps, the trackers are sold separately.

Q: Can this be used with the oculus rift?

It can if you want to go through the trouble, I awhile back got vivetrackers working with oculus rift, but each vive tracker needs to be in view of the lighthouses. That's why I bought the vive so it didnt have to do that.
