Can you use a diffuser with this hairdryer?

can i replace the plug to european plug?

if you want to split the wire ( add heatshrink tube ) strip the insulation, intertwine the existing wires & the new EU plug wires ( or just stick them into the plug ) solder them together and them cover with heatshrink!

Is the hairdryer dual voltage. I want to take it abroad instead of a useless travel hairdryer.

Not as far as I can see. There is no switch over. Its says 220w, 230w, 240w and 250w so good in the USA
