The seat is 1.5" thick, and 11.5" wide.

No but they should. It rolled away from me as I was leaning a bit and I fell over backwards. I plan to replace the wheels with locking ones.

Hello, The tray measures 15 inches across and from the outside tray rim to the center post it is 6.5 inches. Its still working fine and very stable to sit on. Hope that helps. David

Complaint to what? No seat belt. Comes out of the box assembled at lowest height
