Packing was good but 1 plate was received broken. Not sending it back as it'll take a long time and again there's no guarantee that the next time the product is in 1 piece, hence keeping it!

First time delivery had one broken item, the second time too one broken katori is delivered. This is truly disappointing! Even though I like the product, this experience has made me trust this seller and Amazon delivery services a little less.

One of the plate was broken. Though, I could return but I needed it urgently and return would be more painful as delivery boy doesn't come to my home and the product is big enough to carry on my own. Otherwise product is good.

Really like the set..

This was supposed to be extra strong as it's made using Superior German Technology, but I noticed the plates starting carking and breaking on it own after few days of usage.Packing wise and look wise the product is good, but it doesn't stand upto its words of being 'extra strong' and superior german made. I have been using cello products for quite a sometime, but with this time I am disappointed.

After seeing all the reviews I was totally worried of getting broken items. But any ways I decided to take a chance. But the packaging was delivered so carefully.. Not a single item was broken. So happy with the service of Amazon. Product quality is also good so far, since it is a cello product. Will use it for some days and review again if there is any defect.

One plate broke into pieces. So lazy to send all of them back coz i need to use the set ASAP.
