I love this book! It is very informative and has a few pages dedicated to both what helps with certain health problems, types of remedies, and how to make your own! I would recommend this to anyone wanting a casual book on herbs or for someone to use on a regular basis.

Provides great info and reasoning behind what it is saying. Remedies are simple and easy, well explained and the details are clear
