A perfect replacement

Torque set on lid seal as required not like some cheaper versions that eventually leak.

I needed a replacement filter housing ASAP after a catastrophic failure, a reasonably common occurrence it seems. Ordered late afternoon and delivered by lunchtime the next day. Local Fiat Dealer needed three days to get one! So far all good, no leakage and easy to replace. Couldn’t give five stars as insufficient time has passed to assess quality of product.

my old one started to leak after filter was replaced.the serial number on the unit ended 20 rather than the 00 of this item]but after much research with engine number chassis numberit is the correct item. fitted with ease and it leak free.the filter was already inside the new housing.

Fitted perfectly, 5 minute job, took longer to clean up the diesel...

we ordered this as after having a service carried out on the van we must have lost more fuel than we actually used! Sorry to all the other motorist who followed our diesel trail. We installed this ourselves on the morning we left home to travel to Dover to catch the ferry - touch wood we have not had a problem since and was a small price to pay to have no stress worrying if we would loose fuel again hand over fist - thanks, this was the cheapest we found
