Which amount can boil rice in it?

Hi, I guess you want to understand the quantity of rice, my answer is based on that. I have used this to make puloa for 7 ppl with around 1.5 kg of rice.

do things stick to the bottom at all. if you were to cook with less oil or if you boil milk to make payasam, will the milk stick to the bottom?

not really. it sticks a little if you cook on high heat and if there isn't enough fluid. but we've noticed that even then, the crisped, burnt part comes off easily.
