Do you sell replacement pumps for the vacocast?

I used this boot /Terry cloth insert for 5 months…you must contact the Company in Germany for replacement parts…the pump is actually used to vacuum the air completely after you have latched it all up on your leg. I thought it was supposed to pump air - not remove it at first.

Does it come with the air bag inside?

No. It comes just with the cloth liner. However, the air bag was available for purchase separately at the time when I bought mine. I'm not sure if it's still available on Amazon now. You could, though, go straight to the manufacturer's website and get it there.
