Not the same
I used one of these at a rental apartment and it was so good I searched and bought it on Amazon. However the model received does not have the bottom ring to raise the base so when draining pasta it sits in the draining water in the sink rather than channel away quickly. Very disappointed.

DOUBLES IKEA PRICE
Ikea is selling the colanders for $8.99. I was willing to pay double because it is a hassle for me to get them from Ikea. However, one in particular, has an abraded handle — some little pieces of metal seem to be scraped off and it's rough. Suggest you go elsewhere.

Great quality stainless steel colander that, unlike many, is taller than wide. Found mine at a local thrift store for 4.99 in new condition.
