Does what it's supposed to do
It really works. The pain I used to have in my soles has gone away despite being on my feet for a long timeJust one thing to watch out for. While trimming keep in mind that the marking is for US sizes. So make your choice accordingly

The price, I feel, is slightly on the higher side considering that good branded sneakers or workout shoes are available under 5K.

Product is well made but at a steep price point.Heel pain has not really reduced despite using this product for a while.There are not many good alternatives available other than some of the more expensive insoles promoted by this brand
