I use this in a small ceramic dish next to the shower and pretend I’m in a swank spa somewhere even though I’m not. The only place I’ll be flying this summer is off the handle but the scent is a calming & not an overly perfume scented oil. Feels great to rub into the calf muscles too!

It is no magical cure for anything, but the scents are the perfect accompaniment to a sore-but-wants-to-get-unsore body. Massage from your face to your toes, toward the heart, and experience circulation like never before!The user who sent my AromaTouch was conscientious and I would buy from them again. I have a small, cubby-sized mailbox which is part of a larger module shared by our apartment complex, Sometimes when I buy essential oils, I get a pink slip from the front office telling me to come get my package. I end up signing off for one 5-inch bottle housed in a shoebox. Anyway, I appreciated the pragmatic manner in which my shipment was prepared, especially the tiny zip-lock bag which told me right away that the product was brand new and hadn't sprung a leak. Disappointed but still hoping.
I bought this product for neuropathy after listening to a speaker at a stroke support group. So far it has done nothing for me. It is also expensive as most essential oils are. I hope at some point it will do something for me.

herbaceous, juicy and squeaky clean!
This has got to be the loveliest EO blend I've ever used (and DT's Elevation could be a close second). Herbaceous and juicy basil, lavender and grapefruit present quite strongly, while the cypress and marjoram warm it up a bit from underneath. The peppermint is subtle, just enough to make this feel fresh and squeaky clean. To me, this is not so much a sleepy or meditative blend—it's more of a "reset button" that leaves me feeling refreshed, but not overly energized. The only downside is the price—even though 28.60 is much better than the 34.67 listed on doTERRA's website, it's still just too costly for something I can see myself using all the time. I might attempt to create my own version one of these days.
