Not as heavy plastic and heat doesn't last as long as my previous product

Bought this today at Wizard World... with a live demo. To reset the heat pack you must boil the pack till ALL crystals are liquid, or it will reset back to "hard" form. The boiling water wasn't mentioned till someone noticed a hard one. Then they mentioned that to reset it, you had to boil it.. but specifically said that it was after multiple uses that it'll turn hard... and not after EACH use. Well... that was a lie.. as it's after each use that you must boil it. However, the heat back does last a while and does get pretty warm. So, that part stands tall. Now the worry of damaging the pack in boiling water. I was told it has a two year warranty, and that "some people claim up to 5 years" with the packs. However, I've not seen anything in writing about the warranty.

Not the Click it Hot brand as advertised. Did not work. Spent ten minutes clicking and it finally heated up half the item. Returning. Get the original one at their website.

I like it. I have been battling some soft tissue damage in my knee and have gotten a little frustrated trying to find a way to apply heat to my knee without having run to the microwave over and over and over. This is fairly convenient since it gets hot so quickly, but the whole having to boil it thing is a little weird, and I wish there was some way that you didn't have to do that step. Oh well, it's the best way to apply heat to the knee thus far! It also gets hot as s***, so make sure you put something between you and the pack.

A dance student of mine had told me about the product but it wasn't until I was suffering with a herniated disc that I purchased it for myself. This is an amazing product and I used twice a day for two weeks while I was recuperating. It really works; the pad stays hot for a long time and then all you have to do is put it in hot water and it's ready for use again. It's a must have.The best part about the product is that the company stands by their product with a guarantee! My pad was damaged and I spoke with I believe, two of the owners. In any event they came through for me and personally handled the replacement order. I was truly impressed.I highly recommend the product and the company.

I used it once and it was great. The instructions were followed to reactivate the heating pad twice, but it keeps going back to a solid state. I'm returning this item.

Just opened the product to use it for the first time... 6 months after purchase. The gel inside is crystallized and all dried out. Completely useless!
